Why it's better

The optimal plan, not a listicle

Holiday-anchored & optimal

It only spends leave around public holidays — never "just take a week off" — and computes the best possible placement for the maximum time off, leverage shown (6 days → 24 off, 4×). Not a hand-written "best long weekends" list.

Bridge days, surfaced

See the high-leverage in-between days — take one Monday and turn a weekend plus a Tuesday holiday into a four-day break. Grab the extras when you have flexibility.

Your country, your weekend

~200 countries, each with its own public holidays and normal weekend (Sat–Sun, Fri–Sat, and more). Copy a link to share the exact plan — nothing is stored on our servers.

Questions

Good to know

It looks at the whole year and only spends your leave around public holidays — bridging them to weekends to build the longest breaks. It never suggests taking a random week off with no holiday in it (that's not planning, that's just booking leave). It's the provably optimal arrangement for your inputs, with the leverage shown (e.g. 6 leave days → 24 days off, 4×).

A bridge is a working day sitting between two days off — take it and two short breaks merge into one long one. Take the Monday between a weekend and a Tuesday holiday and you get a four-day break for a single leave day. We list these separately so you can grab extra ones when you have flexibility.

Yes — it covers ~200 countries, with each country's own public holidays and its normal weekend (Sat–Sun, Fri–Sat in the Gulf, and so on). Pick your country and year and the plan updates.

Almost nothing — we detect your country and show the whole year by default. Just slide your leave-day count to match your allowance. That's it.

Yes — hit Copy link. Your country, year, and leave-day count travel in the URL, so whoever opens it sees the exact same plan you're looking at. Nothing is saved on our servers.

We use a well-maintained public-holiday dataset, but holidays get announced late and vary by region and sector — so treat this as planning and confirm your company's holiday list before booking. Public holidays are shown; regional ones are coming.
