Every conversion is computed in your browser against your system's official time-zone data — so daylight saving transitions, half-hour zones like India (+5:30), quarter-hour zones like Nepal (+5:45) and Chatham (+12:45), and southern-hemisphere DST are all handled correctly. Nothing is sent to a server.
The conversion engine is verified against the TC39 Temporal reference implementation across thousands of cases, including the tricky moments when clocks spring forward (a time that never happened) or fall back (a time that happened twice).
